Bulk Ordering:

You can place your bulk orders by sending us a mail to: info@beegreenco.com. Let us know your exact Product specifications , Quantities required , Name of the destination port and preferred payment terms to offer our prices based on CIF terms with special ex-factory prices.


Most of our products are agro base products that are used for gardening , agriculture and in the horticulture sectors. The products that are shipped will have the actual packaging you see in the website. Sometimes products used for agriculture ex, coco peat or coconut husk chips blocks may get damaged during transit. This does not mean the product is unsuitable for use. Products sold through this website are re-sellable and also for personal use.


Your online purchases are made through PayCorp Payment Gateway. You can also choose other payments such as Cash On Delivery and Bank Transfer. Please note that these 2 payment methods will only apply to customs within Sri Lanka and your order will be processed only on confirmation of receipt of payment.
On successful transaction, your order will be registered and the product will be shipped and delivered to your doorstep. The shipping details will be reflected in your order status as well as by email.
All our payments are handled by a Australian based company , PayCorp.. If for some reason, your account is debited but the transaction has not gone through, then the payment should be credited back to your account automatically within a few days. If however, your account is not credited for the failed transaction, then please check the same with your bank first and if not resolved, then with PayCorp which you had selected at the time of checkout.


We will attempt to dispatch your ordered product/s within a maximum period not more than 45 days. For more information, please click the Delivery Information link at the bottom of this page. If for some reason, we are unable to dispatch your order, we will cancel the order under intimation to you and initiate refund of your payment.

Quarantine :

Coconut Coir , Coco Peat , Coconut Husk Chips, Rubberized Coir and Allied products may require Quarantine Certificates and Fumigation certificates from the authorities in the respective countries. We will obtain necessary documents and deliver goods to you as per the scheduled date. In such case if we require any documents from your end, we will directly contact you and obtain the necessary documents to arrange delivery.


Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, when the status of the order is in Processing status. Orders cannot be cancelled if the order status is Processed, Shipped or Completed or if 48 hours have passed. To cancel an order simply login into your account and navigate to Order History page where you will find the Order Cancellation button.


Due to the low cost and bulky nature of the agro products, agro products cannot be returned. Products such as gardening sensors, automation systems and similar products can be returned if found to be faulty. There is NO try or return policy. Partially used product returns are not acceptable. All other non agro products must be returned within 4 days of delivery of the product.



On receipt of the returned product, we will initiate refund of the payment through Bank transfer or by cheque within 10 days of receipt of returns and you will get your refund.
