Bee Green Exports (Pvt) Ltd in partnership with the countries leading agricultural specialists from the University of Peradeniya has developed an Internationally recognized certificate course in Hi-Tech Greenhouse Management to introduce the latest Hi-Tech growing methods currently been implemented in the world in commercial greenhouses.
This 30 credit (equivalent to NVQ Level 5) course teaches Hydroponic, Aquaponic, Aeroponic, Vertical growing, Growing in 20/40 feet containers in a controlled environment and Microgreen growing methods. It also teaches how to operate and maintain a fully automated greenhouse with AI technology from seed to harvest. The aim is to introduce the course to school leavers and Agricultural/ Horticultural Job seekers to find foreign employment as skilled employees to meet the growing demand in this field and bring foreign revenue to our country.
Apart from the 12 month course, the students will be getting the IELTS training, Internship in a local greenhouse after completion of the course and foreign employment opportunities in The Netherlands, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia and in U.K with high paying salaries. The internationally recognized certificate is issued by the University of Peradeniya and this course is conducted On-line (During weekends) with practicals conducted On-ground.
